| hello hello hello
hope u guys are doing fine....i'm supposed to be studying kidneys and drugs... *ahem* yah...but instead i have chosen to post a pic of my last cake, which was by far the most difficult but the best looking, i think. i made so many that i really can't even think about eating cake anymore. well, not for a while at least! besides, im on this new healthy food thing cuz i'm taking a nutrition elective. It's pretty crazy how much food is bad for you...so i've actually started buying some organic veges and shopping at whole foods. im trying to adjust and eat less junk...i'm giving myself till the end of the year. probably sounds crazy cuz you know how much i love junk food , but eh...thinking long term...i don't wanna end up with the conditions im learning about at school. anywayyyyyyyy....here's the last cake, for a while at least...
i made it for a friend's bday in early april. he's a huge gator's fan, and the gators had just won the national college basketball finals....it's pretty cool, but i don't think it's creative enough for the pimp my snacks site that jackie told me to check out.

yes, i do go to medical school, and i am supposed to be
reading/learning cardiovascular physiology, but why would u guys want
to hear about that? exactly....so i guess all i really do other than
school and tv i guess is cook and bake... wish you guys could eat these
cakes with me, miss you all a lot!!! here's something more
pleasant than brains this time, although i must say they did taste
yummy - i ate a piece for you jax :)
oh, and here's one of the first one's i made back in january for my friend's bday...
...think im improving?  ....maybe one day I'll be able to make grown up people cakes like fa mulan :) *hugz*

| Because it's Brain Awareness Week (yes i'm a neuro nerd) i tried to
make brain shaped cakes for our presentation event today :) !!
now i'm exhausted...
